A note on estate planning documents: a Colorado notary public is not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice, draft documents, or advise you on which document to sign. I verify identity and witness signatures — please bring documents prepared by you or your attorney.
“I meet clients where they are — at home, in the office, in healthcare facilities and senior living communities.”
True North Signature Services is a one-person practice by design. The person who answers your call is the person who shows up at your table.
For more than 27 years I worked in healthcare, where discretion and attention to detail are not extras — they are the job. I spent those years helping people through the moments that matter most, and I learned how much a calm, competent presence is worth when the paperwork in front of you is anything but routine.
Those same years are why I created True North Signature Services.
Every signature I witness represents a decision, a milestone, or a life event — a trust finally signed, a home changing hands, a directive that spares a family a hard conversation later. My job is to make that moment accurate and unhurried, whether it happens at your kitchen table, in a conference room, or at a bedside.
You'll hear back from me quickly, you'll know exactly what to expect before I arrive, and what we handle together stays between us.
Thank you for considering True North Signature Services. I look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
Most appointments fit one of three packages — choose by how many documents you're having notarized. Not sure? Tell me what you're signing and I'll confirm the package before I arrive.
Local mobile service means travel within 10 miles of Colorado Springs. Farther out is welcome — a travel fee applies, listed under additional fees below.
Colorado notarial fees are included in the package price. Colorado permits a fee of up to $15 per notarized document. Package pricing also includes applicable mobile travel and administrative services. Charges are itemized at the time of service.
Longer or more involved signings, priced on their own.
A few minutes of preparation keeps your signing quick and stress-free. If you're unsure about anything, just ask before we meet.
Unexpired driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Every signer present must have their own.
Complete but unsigned. Please do not sign the document before your appointment — your notary must witness you signing.
Some documents also require witnesses. Tell me when you book and I'll confirm what your document needs.
Pick a time that works, tell me what you're signing, and I'll confirm by email within one business hour.
True North Signature Services is newly opened. If I've had the privilege of helping you, I'd be grateful for a few words.
